As of January 1, 2021, the Safe Tourism Program is mandatory for accommodation facilities with more than 30 rooms. It is also applicable to facilities with fewer than 30 rooms, restaurants/cafes, tourist transfer vehicles, maritime tourism, culture and arts venues, convention centers, ski lifts, and theme parks.

The Safe Tourism Program is in effect for all cities in Turkey, especially the most popular tourist destinations like Istanbul, Muğla, İzmir, Antalya, and Nevşehir. The program is actively implemented to allow our guests to explore Turkey's most beautiful destinations with peace of mind. Its main objectives are to ensure the continuous implementation of hygiene measures and to inspect the facilities where our guests expect to spend their holidays.

Certified Safe Tourism establishments are given a logo with a 2D QR code. The Safe Tourism logo is placed on transfer vehicles, in the lobbies of accommodation facilities, in elevators, and in buffet and activity areas so that guests can easily see it upon their arrival at the airport. The Safe Tourism logo follows our guests throughout their journey.
